Processing Technology Of End Cap Injection Head
Heating and Melting: Plastic pellets are fed into the machine's barrel, where they are heated and melted at high temperature and pressure by heater bands and the screw's rotation.
Injection: The molten plastic is then injected under high pressure into the mold cavity, filling the space and taking on the desired shape.
Cooling and Solidification: The injected plastic cools and solidifies within the mold, aided by the cooling system.
Ejection: Once cooled, the mold opens, and ejector pins remove the solidified end cap from the mold.
