The extrusion line is used for producing all kinds of PVC pipes, such as: agricultural water supply & water discharge piping system, architectural water supply & discharge piping system, wire laying piping system, double layer, or triple layer pipes, etc. PVC pipe diameter range: Φ16mm-Φ800mm.

 

Main feature:

• Professional and optimization design for screw to ensure much better plasticization effect and high quality pipe;
• Swallowtail split-flow support type extrusion mould can reduce joint line of the melt material, and guarantee higher pipe density and stronger mechanical properties;
• 5.6-12m high-efficiency two chamber structure will be used for vacuum calibration tank with the feature of fast and efficient cooling;
• Multi-belt structure is adopted for haul-off unit to realize stable traction for 16-800mm pipe with even and reliable speed; inverter or servo motor can be used according to different requirement;
• Synchronous chamfer and precision cutting of pipe can be achieved planetary cutter which adopts mechanical or hydraulic feeding;
• U type, R type and rectangular type can be offered according to the clients' requirement for belling machine.
